Jeff was very friendly and helpful. He showed me an apartment that was within my budget but the place was a little mediocre and I wanted something a little nicer. Jeff brought me to the realty office to sit down and talk a little more about what I was looking for in my next living space. Before the end of our conversation he already had a cute little apartment in mind! It was in the exact Providence neighborhood that I wanted and within my budget! We checked out the apartment and as many city apts. I saw a few flaws with the awkward room layouts. But within a few minutes Jeff looked up google images on furniture layouts for narrow rooms, which was genius!!! I was very happy with the service and honesty of this business!! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a living space in Providence 🙂
