They were very helpful with finding me my apartment. They were extremely easy to talk to not only over the telephone but also through text messages (my agent would respond to my text messages even late at night). The office staff was also great; when the utility company required a whole bunch of notarized documentation before starting an account at my new address, the office staff took care of it and I did not have to lift a finger. It is definitely worth talking to them if you are looking to move in Providence.
