We live in Wilmington, NC and my newly graduated from HS son will be spending a year in Providence, RI doing a Gap Year prior to entering college.  I went to apartments.com to try to find him a place, which was daunting as we live so far away and do not know the area.  I reached out with messages to a dozen contacts through that website, and the only agent to reply was Ryan LeMay.  While dismayed at the lack of response through apartments.com, I was pleased that when we reached Providence, Ryan was eager and willing to help us find the perfect apartment for my son in a safe area at a reasonable price.  As my time in town was very short, he went out of his way to speed up the process and get all the necessary paperwork through rapidly.  I would recommend him to anyone in need of renting in the Providence area.
