Shannon’s real estate experience began in 2007 with a primary focus in residential property rentals. Soon after, Shannon acquired a versatile expertise to successfully navigate the volatile and turbulent markets of that time. By investing in real estate in her early twenties Shannon was able to relate to those she served by providing first-hand knowledge and advice to her now long time customer base of landlords, investors, and sellers. Now with many years of residential rentals, sales, and property management experience under her belt, Shannon is a partner at RentProv Realty and dedicates lessons learned in order to flourish her client’s goals and maximize ROI. Shannon fluently speaks both English and Spanish, allowing her to service and build relationships with a wide range of clientele and business associates. With such skill sets, she has reached notable milestones such as ranking top 2% of RI Realtors and received the Platinum Circle of Sales Award in 2018. She is a continuous multimillion dollar sales producer and member of the National & Providence Association of Realtors. Shannon holds a broker’s license in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and is also a licensed & insured Rhode Island contractor. A native of Cranston, Shannon now resides with her family in Barrington, RI.
