I’m so thankful for Shannon’s advice and advocacy during the recent sale of my house! I had already moved out of state and relied on her completely to manage the showing, sale, negotiation and closing process. It was a great decision to trust her–she is experienced, calm, strategic and really  knows the market. Another HUGE advantage of working with Shannon is the property management division of her company. They completely handled a few needed repairs to my property to satisfy the sale, at a great price may I add. Shannon offered me a one-stop-shop experience. I can’t imagine having to deal with contractors from 2,000 miles away!
